Use the Friction Zone to Bring a Woman to Orgasm during Intercourse
Studies reveal that only about 28% of women reach orgasm from sexual intercourse alone. There are two main reasons for that statistic. First of all, it takes most women far longer than men to become fully aroused – as long as a half-hour in many cases. Women take an average of twenty minutes to reach orgasm, and for many women, it can take up to a half-hour or more of sustained stimulation to move into orgasmic range.
Another reason that only 28% of women experience orgasm regularly during vaginal intercourse is because they don’t get enough direct clitoral stimulation during intercourse to have an orgasm. The Friction Zone Technique can often give women orgasms during intercourse who have never had them before. This thrusting technique stimulates the clitoris with the friction and pressure from the upper pubic region (the area right above the pubic bone), which we’ll call the Friction Zone. To perform the Friction Zone Technique, follow the steps below:
1) Make sure that the woman’s clitoris and upper vaginal area are well-lubricated with her own juices, saliva, lubricant, etc. The man should be on top.
2) The woman should spread her vaginal lips with her hands. When she does this, the man should put his penis in up to the base and rest the Friction Zone on her clitoris.
3) The man should put his weight on her body, and then reach down, grab her butt cheeks, and spread them apart.
4) Then the man should start sliding up and down on her, NOT in and out. His penis should remain completely inside her all the way to the base, right at the pubic bone as he moves. To do this, he will need to grab her shoulders or the edge of the bed with both hands and push off with his toes as well. As he does all of this, make sure that the greatest friction is where the Friction Zone and the clitoris meet. This might all sound really complicated, but it is actually very easy.
5) Keep moving and try not to break the friction. Continue until she has at least one orgasm.
The Friction Zone Technique is not physically tiring or overly stimulating for the man, so most men can continue intercourse long enough for their partners to have an orgasm. The Friction Zone Technique is also ideal to use following another sex position or thrusting technique when the man needs a breather, but the woman doesn’t want to stop. The intimate contact and pleasurable stimulation of the Friction Zone Technique are sure to make it a favorite in many couples’ lovemaking repertoire.
One of the worst things that can happen to any man is not being “sure” if he has finally given his woman a climax. Over 70% of women claim that their partners have never given them an orgasm with intercourse, and 65% of women admit to faking orgasms. Just imagine being so sexually skilled that you can literally have any woman screaming with pleasure and sexually exhausted from a night of orgasm after orgasm.
