The Secret to Female Ejaculation

Welcome back! Thanks for visiting.

orgasm face The Secret to Female EjaculationFemale ejaculation used to be dismissed as a myth, but the scientific community was proven wrong in 1980 when John D. Perry and Beverly Whipple showed a film of a female ejaculating to the Society for the Scientific Study of Sex. Female ejaculate is a fluid released from the G-spot area. It is usually clear, or milky and as thin as water. The secret to female ejaculation is G-spot stimulation to orgasm.

G-spot stimulation often causes a “push out” orgasm. The area around, or “above” (i.e., farther inside) the fingers or penis seems to swell up or to contract toward the opening of her vagina. G-spot orgasms sometimes cause a huge amount (relatively speaking) of lubrication–far more than even the most excited woman gets from “conventional” stimulation. When that extra lubrication combines with the push-out orgasm, you get actual ejaculation.

The G–spot is a small mound of tissue, between a penny and quarter in size, inside the vagina. The best time to begin searching for the G-spot is when a woman is very aroused, i.e., immediately before orgasm or after it, when this area swells. To locate the G-spot, imagine your partner is lying on her back with you positioned between her spread legs. Slide a finger inside her vagina, palm up. With your finger straight back (middle finger is best) you would curve it toward yourself, gently, as if you were gesturing to someone to “come here.” In doing so, the raised, textured area you press on should be her G-spot area. It’s easier to hit the right area with two fingers, but this may not be comfortable for her, depending on how “tight” she is at that moment.

When you have your fingers on the right area, try gently pressing. The movement should be rhythmic and hard, not quick. When you find the right area, she should respond by getting more excited. Since every woman is different, couples may need to experiment with different positions to find the best way to stimulate her G-spot. Here are the best 4 positions for G-spot massage. To stimulate the G-spot during intercourse, the penis must rub or press against the front wall of the vagina. Jennifer Lawless at Tantra: Gateway to Ecstasy has written a post about the 4 best sex positions for reaching a G-spot orgasm.

Once you get to the point where you feel as though you’re going to have an orgasm, push your PC muscles out (rather than clenching them in) to increase your chances of squirting or gushing. Women with well-toned PC muscles are more likely to ejaculate and generally have better orgasms, which is another incentive for doing regular PC muscle exercises.

To many women, the first time she ejaculates feels like she is letting her urine flow because it originates almost from the same area. However, it’s almost impossible to urinate while having an orgasm because the urethra temporarily closes up. You may want to place a towel underneath you during your first few attempts if it makes you feel more comfortable.

For some women, G-spot stimulation is more likely to result in orgasm over a period of weeks or months after first starting to experiment with it, so don’t worry if you don’t have a G-spot orgasm the first time as long as you’re having fun trying.

One of the worst things that can happen to any man is not being “sure” if he has finally given his woman a climax. Over 70% of women claim that their partners have never given them an orgasm with intercourse, and 65% of women admit to faking orgasms. Just imagine being so sexually skilled that you can literally have any woman screaming with pleasure and sexually exhausted from a night of orgasm after orgasm. About Me
I came to the U.S. at age of 12 with my mother. We settled in sunny Florida, which was quite a contrast to Minsk. I have always been fascinated by sex and relationships. My sexual history and preferences are detailed in my post 100 Things about Me Sexually. Sex Secrets is where I share sex advice, experiences, news, and sometimes a little humor.
