The Female Orgasm
What is an orgasm? In women, the labia, clitoris, vagina, and pelvic organs enlarge in very much the same way as the aroused penis enlarges. Sometimes there is a plateau of excitement which is held for several minutes before you are about to orgasm. Orgasm is the point at which all the tension is suddenly released in a series of involuntary and pleasurable muscular contractions that may be felt in the vagina and/or uterus.
When a woman climaxes, regardless of which area of her body is stimulated, her body physically reacts in the same way. During an orgasm, she feels:
- stimulation in her clitoris
- her heart rate, blood pressure, and breathing increase
- tension builds within her pelvis
- muscles contract throughout her body, especially in the vagina, uterus, rectum, and pelvic floor
- tension is released upon orgasm
Though an orgasm is an orgasm, no matter what area of a woman’s genitalia or body is being stimulated, there are the two areas of a woman’s vagina that can lead to the most satisfying female orgasm:
Clitoris
The clitoris’s only function is to provide pleasure for women. Researchers have not been able to discover any other reason for its existence. Female orgasm is usually achieved via clitoral stimulation.
G-Spot
Inside the vagina, you can find the Grafenberg spot (G-spot). The G-spot is located on the front wall (toward the navel) of the vagina, between the opening and the cervix.
Women can experience three tempos of orgasm, which include the single orgasm, the serial multiple orgasm, and the sequential multiple orgasm.
Single
With the single orgasm, a woman experiences one rush of pleasure. The orgasm can last anywhere from a few seconds to a minute.
Serial multiple
Although most women claim that they cannot achieve this awesome ride, a multiple orgasm occurs when several orgasms are had in a row — that is, one directly after another.
Sequential multiple
Sequential orgasms occur in a sequence that separates each orgasm by a few minutes or so. Many women describe it as a roller coaster ride.
In reality, orgasms are a very individual experience and there is no one correct pattern of sexual response. Whatever feels wonderful to you, makes you feel alive and happy, and connected with your partner is what matters. Enjoy!
One of the worst things that can happen to any man is not being “sure” if he has finally given his woman a climax. Over 70% of women claim that their partners have never given them an orgasm with intercourse, and 65% of women admit to faking orgasms. Just imagine being so sexually skilled that you can literally have any woman screaming with pleasure and sexually exhausted from a night of orgasm after orgasm.
