Alex and Sara Lowndes set themselves the “challenge” of having sex every day for a month. I’m not sure having daily sex is really so remarkable, especially in a new relationship. However, the Lowndes have been together for eight years, so it may be more of a challenge for them. The Sun published excerpts from the diary they kept.
DAY 1– Sara says: Our sex life was wonderful for years but it has definitely suffered due to our hectic lives.
Although Alex always has the energy for sex, I find it difficult to get in the mood when I’m tired.
So tonight, instead of turning on the TV when we get into bed, we have sex for the first time in three weeks. It is great.
Alex says: I hate pestering Sara for sex, and never want to make her feel obliged to sleep with me. I know our sex life has suffered recently, and I am very excited about this month. For me it’s not a challenge – more like a gift from the gods!
