How to Stretch to Get Ready for Orgasms

Sit with your legs wide apart and bring the soles of your feet together, resting on the outside of each foot. Now, draw your feet towards your pelvis and press the soles together to increase the stretch. Hold this position and breathe for one or two minutes.
Next, kneel with your legs underneath you so that your bottom is resting on your feet. Lean forward, resting your torso on your thighs and stretch your arms out in front of you to release the muscles along your spine. Finally, get your partner to kneel behind you and gently press into your spine to enhance the stretch.
