If your woman isn’t as eager for sex as you’d like her to be (or not interested at all), it’s probably because she isn’t getting much enjoyment from it. It’s human nature to want more of what we like and less of what we don’t. If your partner isn’t sick, injured, or cheating on you, the reason she doesn’t want to have sex more often is because she doesn’t enjoy it. Period.

Surveys reveal that only about 30 percent of women have orgasms with intercourse. Female sexual pleasure mostly associates with her clitoris and G spot. Women often don’t have orgasm with intercourse because some sex positions don’t provide enough stimulation of these pleasure spots. Here are some positions and techniques that do provide the stimulation your woman needs to have an orgasm with intercourse.

Positions and techniques for clitoral stimulation

Woman on top

The woman on top position is definitely the choice of women because she gets direct stimulation of the clitoris. Some women don’t like to be “on top” because they feel the man gets to be too lazy and only has to lie back and watch the show. You can remedy this by sitting up against pillows so that it’s far easier to kiss, and she can feel more engaged with you. The woman needs to set the pace with this position since she’s the one with the greatest possible range of motion. If she needs greater clitoral stimulation than this position normally gives her, she can lean forward and do more of a grinding motion than thrusting so that her clitoris rubs against your public bone. You can add even greater stimulation by caressing the sensitive undersides of her buttocks, or stroking her back door (make sure she’s well-lubricated), or even inserting a finger into her anus.

Doggy Style Sex Position

Sexual intercourse from behind gives a man access to almost every sensitive part of a woman’s body, allowing you to easily control her level of pleasure. Usually, a woman spreads her legs during doggy style sex to allow you access in between, making it easy to reach her clitoris while thrusting. She can arch her back or lower herself toward the bed to change the sensations. Either one of you can control the motion. You can thrust, she can rock back onto you, or both. Slow it down if you’re approaching orgasm and she needs more clitoral stimulation. If you time it right, you may well be able to reach your orgasms simultaneously.

Missionary (man-on-top) Sex Position

The missionary position is still a favorite for many couples because it’s one of the most intimate, but it doesn’t allow for a lot of clitoral stimulation. The CAT, or coital alignment technique, is a way to make sure you’re lined up to give her clitoris the stimulation it needs to bring her to climax. To get into position, you slide forward from your normal resting place so that her clitoris is receiving stimulation from the base of your penis. She can then wrap her legs around yours, trying to extend the stretch of her legs so that her ankles are about at the height of your calves. With this position she can then begin to thrust her own pelvis, repeatedly making contact between her clitoris and the base of your penis.

When performing CAT, the main thing to keep in mind is maintaining contact with the clitoris. The overall movement is much less a thrusting than a synchronized rocking back and forth with the focus on the clitoris and the base of the penis. Here’s the most important part: as she pushes up on the top of your shaft, you resist with less force than she pushes. Now, on the way back down, as you push down against her clitoris, she resists with less force than you push. The result is a series of “small collisions,” rather than the standard friction of thrusting though “collisions” is an exaggeration.

Positions and techniques for G-spot stimulation

Woman-on-top and doggy style also work great for G-spot stimulation. If she leans forward when she’s on top, it will cause your penis to touch her G-spot. Doggy style can be an effective position for G-spot stimulation in women because when thrusting from behind your penis should naturally rub against her G-spot. You need to massage her G-spot before penetration, though, to “wake it up.” The penis, since it puts less direct pressure on the G-spot, can be even more pleasurable than fingers, but it often takes a lot of thrusting to stimulate the G-spot as much as only a few minutes of manual massage can do.

The secret for men to add that extra “oomph” for G-spot stimulation during intercourse  is practicing your PC muscle exercises. When a man squeezes his PC muscle, women usually feel extra pressure on the top part of their vaginal walls, stimulating their G-spots. Every once in a while, stop the active thrusting and just tap your penis upwards using your PC muscles. You’ll be amazed at the results.

Positions and techniques for clitoral and G-spot stimulation

Combine techniques from both of the above. Stimulating both the clitoris and G-spot may lead to a powerful blended orgasm for her, resulting from contractions in both areas at once.

Are these the only positions and techniques that will give woman an orgasm with intercourse? Absolutely not! Don’t be afraid to experiment, especially with a long-term partner. Women love sex just as much as you do. If you can make a woman feel great and give her an orgasm from time to time (or often), she will be more receptive to your sexual advances. That will lead to something both you and she want: more sex.
