How to Give an Anal Massage

Anal MassageErotic massage or sensual massage is the use of massage techniques to achieve or enhance sexual arousal. Your skin is the largest organ of the body with thousands of nerve endings, andtouch stimulates all of your senses. The anal area has many nerve endings and can be a wonderful addition to erotic massage. See if your partner is willing to explore some touch in that area. It doesn’t have to mean that they will be willing to have anal sex later. It just means that they are willing to try having more pleasure.

Start with your partner naked and comfortably face down on a bed or massage table. You can be clothed or not, depending on how you want to end the massage. Begin by slowly kneading the muscles of the back and neck. Always try to push or knead the muscles towards the heart. The greatly helps the circulation in the area.

After a few minutes, slowly  begin to move close to the top of the butt cheeks and occasionally reach down to push or knead deeply onto each cheek. Don’t go straight for the anus yet, as these strokes are only meant to warm things up. After a little teasing around the anus, move down to the legs and quickly move to the feet.

Starting with the toes, use long strokes pushing upward toweards the anal area. Do the feet, then the knees, and then spend some extra time with the thighs, particularly the inner thighs. From this area, you can make additional excursions into the anal area, but again keep them light.

By now, your partner should be starting to enjoy the massage. Give them a little stimulation in the perineum, the area between the genitals and the anus. Tease them a bit, but always return to the anus for some light circling. Continue a light massage in this area for a few minutes to let your partner soak in the full effects of this erotic experience.

Next, it’s time for some lubricant. Keep a single finger pressed lightly against the anus and pour or squeeze the lubricant down onto the connection, allowing the lube to seep into the entire area. You don’t need much lube to start, but you’ll be adding more as you go. As the lube opens things up, lightly extend your fingertip into the anus. This is a very sensitive area, and your partner is likely to give a strong signal as to how you should proceed next. For beginners, take your time before going deeper, and add more lube and lightly stroke the entire area.

Now that you’ve introduced stimulation into the anal area, take your time to tease the genital area as well. Both sexes enjoy the dual stimulation, and you are likely to elicit another strong response. Use a variety of fingering and analingus techniques to give your partner as much pleasure as they can handle.

Of course, an anal massage can be finished off in many ways. Use your imagination to give your partner as much pleasure as possible. If you don’t know what they like, ask them.

About Me
I came to the U.S. at age of 12 with my mother. We settled in sunny Florida, which was quite a contrast to Minsk. I have always been fascinated by sex and relationships. My sexual history and preferences are detailed in my post 100 Things about Me Sexually. Sex Secrets is where I share sex advice, experiences, news, and sometimes a little humor.
