PC muscle exercises are designed to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and can be beneficial for men who lack ejaculatory control (premature ejaculation). Premature ejaculation can be defined as having an orgasm any time before you would like to. Since male orgasm originates in the prostate, ejaculation control starts with learning how to contract the prostate by contracting your pubococcygeus (PC) muscle. The PC muscle serves as a valve around the genitalia, which you have to learn how to open and contract. Your PC muscle is the same muscle that you use to stop the flow of urine. A Tantric exercise called fractional urination uses your ability to control your urinary flow to strengthen you PC muscle enough to control your ejaculation. Read more
