About Me
I came to the U.S. at age of 12 with my mother. We settled in sunny Florida, which was quite a contrast to Minsk. I have always been fascinated by sex and relationships. Sex Secrets is where I share sex advice, experiences, news, and sometimes a little humor. If you have a question about sex that you prefer not to post in the comments, you can email me at svetlanaivano(at)yahoo.com.

5 Tips for Better Clitoral Stimulation

Sharing is caring!

The clitoris is the only organ in the human body designed solely to proviide sexual pleasure. What that means is that even though women have other sensitive erogenous zones, the clitoris with its 8,000 nerve ending is the key to female orgasm. Try these five tips for better clitoral stimulation to bring your partner to a toe-curling climax.

1) Start at the edges.

The tip of the clitoris is quite sensitive at first, but just above the tip lies the shaft. After some foreplay, stimulate the shaft by pushing down on your partner’s lower abdomen with your fingers outstretched, massaging the skin on either side of her vagina in a scissors action. This causes the skin of your partner’s inner labia to caress the shaft.

2) Move to the middle.

Gradually move inward with your fingers, occasionally brushing against and lubricating the clitoral hood and the length of her inner lips in a light up-and-down motion. Use your palm to cover her vulva and keep your fingers stretched out over her pubic mound (as if palming a basketball). Use her vaginal  lips to gently stimulate e the clitoris.

3) Get more direct.

A sign of her orgasm approaching is when her muscles and ligaments puli the clitoral tip back under its hood.  If she’s comfortable with direct stimulation, replace your palm with two fingers on the tip of her clitoris. Start lightly and increase pressure until you find her sweet spot.

4) Back off if necessary.

If direct touch is too much, then stimulate the inner labia instead. Use your fingers to stimulate the buried “legs” of her clitoris, which run up into her vaginal wall sort of like a wishbone at 10 o’clock and 2 o’clock. Just before orgasm, look for contractions around her vagina and pelvis.

5) Give her the shaft.

You can give your partner the shaft – but in a good way – by entering her from behind and angling your penis down at the vaginal wall. Alternately, in missionary position, keep pressure on her clitoris with your pelvis by tilting your hips forward. (My article 6 Ways to Stimulate the Clitoris During Intercourse gives more tips on clitoral stimulation during penetration.)

Although clitoral stimulation is the key to female orgasm, that doesn’t mean that her other erogenous zones should be ignored. Having them touched feels good and helps her become more aroused, which makes clitoral stimulation even more effective. It creates a cycle, but not a vicious cycle – a delicious one.

One of the worst things that can happen to any man is not being “sure” if he had given his woman a orgasm. Imagine being so sexually skilled that you can literally give ANY woman orgasms. To discover the secrets to giving your woman the best sex she’s ever had, click here!
